Our letterboard panels are 150mm x 150mm plastic squares, approximately 15mm thick and hollow at the back. To assemble: 1. Lay the panels face down on a flat, even surface. 2. Push the panels together to align the edges. 3. Where two panels meet, firmly press a clip over the join to secure them. 4. Repeat this for every joining edge. 5. Once all panels are clipped together, turn the board face up - your letterboard is ready to use.

The easiest way to calculate clip quantities is to: • Draw a simple line diagram of your panel layout. • Count every place where two panels meet - each join requires one clip. Example: • A 3 x 3 panel board (450mm x 450mm) = 9 panels • This design requires 12 clips
